Pretty pleated cotton windmills (4.5 cm) are finished off with a 2 cm button covered with the cutest Japanese Designer Fabric and are attached to some really good quality medium snag free hair elastics. I really love these ponytail treats, I just wish my Bella had longer hair so she could wear them!!

Please note that each button is covered with a different section of fabric so colours of pattern will vary, and as each treat is a hand made labour of love, it will be unique, so may vary slightly from image shown.
